We are now using the Hallmaster Online Booking System: requests can be made via the calendar below.

Please note: This calendar is an indication only of when the hall is either booked or available. The calendar shows provisional enquiries under consideration, and confirmed bookings. Please wait for any booking to be confirmed via a confirmation email BEFORE progressing arrangements or publicising the date.

To book, look at the ‘Hallmaster’ booking schedule below.

Select the room you want to book, and look for an available day.

Click on the ‘+’ (plus) sign of that hall, for that day.

If you already have a Login, press the ‘Customer Login’ button. Enter your next booking dates and time. You can book future or edit recurring dates here too (e.g the next 10 weeks at the same time).

If you are making a booking request for the first time you will be asked to enter your contact details and a password so that you can track your booking status plus view any invoices and payments.

Bookings are for a minimum of 1 hour, and you MUST allow enough time for setting up and cleaning up in your booking time.

Privacy setting: if you select ‘Public‘ then others can see your name, email address and phone number, or you can choose to have your contact details hidden.

If you wish to book the whole venue or to book a particular day for a very special reason, please contact us for further help. Your booking is important to us and may still be accommodated, even though there are existing bookings.

Please let us know if you would like to come to have a look round and discuss what you have in mind.

If you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox, it may have gone into your junk or spam so please ensure that the Hallmaster email address (noreply@hallmaster.co.uk) is added to your address book.

Just a few considerations .....

You must be 21 to book the hall
You must be present throughout the booking and under 18s must not be left unattended
Please read the hiring information first if you are not familiar with the hall - for charges, maximum numbers etc
All the hours you need must be included in your hire application - including time for setting up and clearing up
You will need to contact us to book wedding packages or other whole hall bookings
You will need to bring your own sound system if required
We may request payment in advance or a deposit against damage or against payment
If your hire is for commercial purposes - ie if any money raised is not for a charity or properly organised club, then you will need your own public liability insurance
