Anjuli is an occupational therapist and yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and more than six years of teaching experience. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, and Children’s Yoga, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and restore. In a world that moves quickly, my intention is to offer grounding practices that support both body and mind—helping you find balance, ease, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
